Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our pieces. All stainless steel jewellery is covered by a 3-month warranty on plating from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover:

• Natural wear over time resulting from regular use.
• Damage caused by improper use, accidental impact, or handling that falls outside our recommended care guidelines.
• Loss, loosening, or damage of Zirconia stones.
• Scratches or surface marks developed during wear.

All warranty requests are reviewed individually and are subject to inspection by our team.
