At Core Sensory, we strive to ensure that your jewellery reaches you safely and promptly.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone call.
- Shipping Cost: Shipping cost is to be borne by the user, unless stated otherwise by us in writing. As part of our business model, we only offer prepaid service on all orders. We're pleased to provide free shipping on all prepaid orders for delivery addresses within India. For international orders, the cost depends on the weight of the product, and varies from one region to the other. You will be able to see this cost before you place the order with us.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
- Damaged or Lost Packages: Core Sensory is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, if your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
