Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

At Core Sensory, we are committed to provide you a smooth and hassle-free experience in Exchange, Return & Refund Process. Below, you will find our detailed exchange, refund and return policy, designed with your convenience in mind.

  • We have a 7 days return/refund policy from the date of delivery provided all tags are intact in case of the item/items arriving damaged. In case of damaged items, customers can either claim a refund or a replacement.
  • Unboxing video is a must for claiming missing items.
  • Categories like Necklaces, Bracelets, Bangles, and Earrings are non-returnable/ non-exchangeable items. Rings are eligible for exchange due to size issues. However, it is advisable to confirm size before placing an order. For exchanges, a fee of ₹100 will be charged.
  • In case of an exchange, the replacement product is dispatched within 2 working days (subject to availability) once the return is received. Please note returns can take up to 2 weeks.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. In case the package has been shipped and it is refused at the time of delivery (for any reason), then RTO charges of ₹200 will be deducted from the order value and balance will be refunded. Please note shipping fee is non-refundable.
